William T. Boukalik is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of U S Title. He received a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a law degree from Cornell University School of Law. He has been a practicing real estate lawyer since his admission to the Ohio Bar in 1968. He is admitted to practice in

the courts of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a past President of the Cleveland Title Association. He has been a frequent lecturer over the years on real estate law and has taught accredited courses for licensing for Real Estate Brokers and Salespeople.
