U S Title owns and operates the most fully automated title plant in Cuyahoga County. It is the only title plant in the county to include full copies of all title source documents ever recorded in the county. It is the only title plant to include imaged general index records tied to its search capabilities. It includes imaged records from the County Recorder as well as on line daily indexes from the County. U S Title has developed and copyrighted MapScan, an online desktop or Internet capable program, which allows imaged records of subdivision plats to searched, viewed and/or copied.
All of these capabilities are used by U S Title and made available to other companies on very competitive terms. U S Title will do your complete exams, including copies of all documents and scheduling; provide you copies of the relevant title chains, general index references and copies of all documents; or provide you space in the title plant for you own examiners to assemble the relevant data. What makes U S Title unique as a title plant service provider is that we will provide any combination or combinations of these services without minimums.

While based in Cleveland, we can provide exams anywhere in the country with both speed and expertise In northeast Ohio we will deliver your lien search in six working hours, your refinance transaction in twenty-four hours and any other residential transaction in seventy-two hours or less. In Cuyahoga County we are able to deliver premium service because of our experienced staff and our fully automated title plant.
